✊Someone may ask if Christ loves us, why should I go through all this hardship? Why is my business hasn’t picked up as planned? Why is my family disintegrating? There will be so many whys! Let’s get to the crux of the matter

📌Romans 8:37 (KJV) tells us that "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us."

✊You need to carefully understand the pretext and context of this scripture before clearly getting to the text of the scripture. The text began with ‘nay’, which is ‘alla’ in Greek which connotes ‘other things, ‘nevertheless’ ‘notwithstanding’. The author of the book of Romans Apostle Paul is the proper authority to lecture on conquest and conquering from the believer’s perspective. Paul was shipwrecked, bitten by a venomous snake, incarcerated, countless times, and beaten by Roman soldiers, the cruellest of that dispensation, yet in all this Paul speaks boldly that we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us.

✊Someone may ask if Christ loves us, why should I go through all this hardship? Why is my business hasn’t picked up as planned? Why is my family disintegrating? There will be so many whys! Let’s get to the crux of the matter as Paul says: ‘…we are more than Conquerors through him that loved us’ (Romans 8:37, KJV). To be a conqueror you must go through at least a battle, more than conquerors signifies that you have won so many battles. The whys are answered in this scripture that attributes your victories to Christ who loves you. When Christ is in you and you are in Christ, that’s the guarantee that your victory is assured. Henceforth, stop doing warfare in your own might and power. The Bible puts it this way ‘….Christ in you, the hope of glory’ (Colossians 1:27, KJV).
